  • Highly valued - given real responsibility and my contributions were recognised in departmental updates.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Weekly one to ones with my line manager and a monthly one to one with my head of department meant I felt well guided and supported. The environment in my team was also extremely supportive to any ad-hoc questions I would have.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • My day's were busy - the responsibilities given to me meant I had to learn to manage my time very efficiently. I was never sat doing nothing, but equally still managed to go for lunch!

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • The work placement was very well organised - from an introduction before starting placement, to a handover period for the role I was taking on. There was focus sessions which all undergrads were invited to which focussed on different areas of the business throughout the year, meaning you got to understand more than just the department you worked in.

    5/5
