  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I loved working at VWFS. It is a great company where I learnt so much.

    • I felt very valued by most people most of the time.

    • I can't fault my managers.

    • Most of the time I had enough work to be busy however during certain months I would be extremely busy which I didn't mind as it means you learn so much.

    • I was given a lot of responsibility especially when my manager was away for a few months.

    • The work ethic I now have will be the biggest transferable skill to university.

    • Most of the time the atmosphere in my department was positive and a good environment in which to work and learn.

    • The company offers many training courses and development opportunities but it is your responsibility to get booked on and attend.

    • Currently there is no graduate scheme however there is an opportunity with the sister company. This will change in the next year or so.

    • It was expensive to me as I come from up north however it is much cheaper than London.
