  • RBC is a fantastic place to get initial investment banking experience

  • My colleagues took my work and insight seriously from day 1

  • The guidance and support was top notch. I was invited to client meetings even as an intern

  • Quite busy. On average at the office until late at night.

  • I was given a great amount of responsibility. The slides I produced were often sent directly to clients

  • Both the intense technical and soft skills I learned during my internship will be of great use for any future job I may have.

  • Overall, there was a very good atmosphere in my team, however there were some tensions regarding work hours and hierarchy in other teams on the floor
