The company atmosphere was fantastic! It was very fun and lively. The staff were very welcoming. The culture is very big on collaboration and it’s very notable. All the colleagues support each other and celebrate each other’s success.

The advice I would give is be yourself. The people at RBC will appreciate you for you. Show genuine interest for the division you apply for and research RBC in depth before applying. Try to connect with the interviewer and talk about financial topics that interest you and not just topics that you think they want to hear.
