    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was a great place to gain practical experience from and people there were friendly and helpful. You wouldn't be left alone with problems. They were always happy to help.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Although I was there for just a period of approximately 9 months, they treated me like one of their permanent colleague.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Someone was always there to guide me and give me a clear explanation as to why and what was it for before delegating a new task to me.

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Most of the time it was good balance but sometimes it would get busy when all the tasks came all at once.

    4/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • It was not as organised as I thought it would be but probably because their management has gone through a restructuring process where staffs need to take on additional workload and some have been made redundant.
