Supporting nurse with a day to day work life and help with patients

Yes learn many new skills that didn’t know how to do and was achieved through placements
Responsibilities
I mean you do have responsibility to work within your scope of practice and support the nurse as best but not entire responsibility

A lot of guidance and support from staff
Culture
It was busy and can contain a lot of pressure but also included lovely staff patients and family who made the placement area more positive

That NHS are the most helpful when it comes to saving lives and making patients experiences the best and working for the nhs is incredible to join such a hard working community
