The Role
I have loved my time within William Jacksons. I feel I have learnt a lot about working life and the food industry
I was made to feel like part of the team rather than just a "Placement student"
I love to be kept busy so I made sure that I had jobs all of the time, by asking my supervisor.
My skills have developed further than I thought possible in a year
The Company
As there were changes within the company the week before I started, I was in technical rather than NPD, my first few weeks were not very well organised. However since then the placement has been extremely organised.
I have been put through HACCP level 3.
Company Parties/Events
My Placement has been extended, I have been asked to come back during the holidays during my last year also a possibly a job once I finish uni
The Culture
We got together on a few occasions, visited all of the businesses within the groups, presentations about placement.
