    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • I found my scocial with graduates and there were few summer placement students where I was at. If you are placed as an engineer in centrica you could be shipped of to any part of the country and whether you have a good social will be a bit up to chance. But, concidering the point of the placement this is minor.

    3/5

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Not bad... accommodation was paid for so really cant complain

    3/5

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Mmm... Alright... But again think about why you are doing the placement.

    3/5

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • 5 a side... gym with the guys.... the odd trip out.
