Role Description

My internship was split between Valuation and West End Office Agency; where I conducted solo viewings for a number of office leasing disposals and for an investment disposal of the 21,000 sq ft Gucci Headquarters. I attended numerous launches, regularly spoke to other agents updating availability schedules and was awarded a bottle of champagne for my help at the 2010 Financing Property Event. Following my internship I voluntarily helped out at the July 2010 Commercial auction, September 2010 Residential auction and organised for William Newsom (Head of Valuation) to present to Kingston University Surveying Students.
