We generally offer about 170 roles per year.
The Savills Sandwich Placement Programme provides students the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the industry, market and Savills teams and clients. offers various locations and pathways for this year long scheme, which runs from September to September.
Insight Programme is an opportunity for first year students to shadow a Savills Graduate for one week to learn about their chosen discipline.
The Summer Scheme is a one month programme, that offers prospective graduates the opportunity to experience working at Savills over the Summer in your chosen discipline.

The Savills insight week provided me with an invaluable experience, and opportunity to discover the vast range of specialisms that exist within property. I was placed in the Central London Retail team for the week; however, we were given the opportunity to attend presentations from different teams within the company, providing exposure to the various career pathways available to students embarking on their APC journey beyond University. Moreover, through shadowing a graduate, we were able to experience first-hand, what a graduate Surveyorʼs role in the company entails on a day to day basis. A strong emphasis was placed on the importance of building relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
We had the opportunity to do this through networking lunches and drinks. We had a networking lunch with the fee earners and drinks with the current graduates. The importance of networking and building relationships within the property world resonated throughout the week andin the Savills culture.
Overall, I would certainly recommend the Savills insight programme to any student wishing to gain first-hand experience of the professional property world beyond university. It was great to apply the theoretical knowledge gained through University, to real work and reports. The insight week has helped in cementing my future career plan, and the routes I can take to achieving it. It was a true privilege to spend a week within such a highly regarded company and meet so many great people along the way.
