  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Very informative, steep learning curve but got a very good understanding of what the job was about.

    • I was given genuine work to do and was made to feel part of the team from the start.

    • I was allocated a buddy who was very helpful, always quick to answer emails and really helped with preparing for the partner interview.

    • Learned valuable skills and helps my degree in terms of returning to university with a clear aim of where my career is going. I was offered a graduate job after the scheme which takes the pressure off and I can focus on my studies.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Very well. Briefed before starting so we knew what to expect and I felt well prepared for the role. Also several organised social activities which meant it was good to catch up with the other SVS students.

    • Great -everyone was friendly yet professional and willing to help.

    • Time was spent explaining all concepts and jobs to me so I had a good understanding of what I was doing and why I was doing it.

    • In Audit you are given clients just like the other employees working there so you get a real feel for how a career is structured here.

    • Good inductions and staff seem really committed to the company culture.

    • Very. I was fully informed of the role and I was offered a graduate job after completing a partner interview.
