Overview
Assisting your project team with day-to-day tasks, such as working on Powerpoints or Excel spreadsheets. Also chances to present to the team and get involved with team meetings.
Skills
There were lots of chances to improve your professional skills and communication with colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities
Definitely. You are given tasks that the full-time consultants would otherwise be doing. You are also trusted to sit in calls/meetings with clients. Presentations in front of your project team are also expected of some interns.
Support & Guidance
Each intern is given a Buddy and a People Lead. This ensures you have a good support network around you if you have any issues. My People Lead and Buddy provided excellent guidance and support throughout the program.
Culture
The culture in my team at Deloitte was great. Everyone was cheerful and supportive of each other, and always willing to have a chat with you/meet for coffee to make you feel included or offer support or guidance.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my time at Deloitte. My fellow colleagues and interns were really friendly, socials were enjoyable and the work was interesting at times.

Be yourself. Interviewers want to see your personality. Don't put on a front or a 'fake you' during an interview, as this will only do you damage.
