  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was enjoyable although at times I did not know exactly what to do (i.e. during the activities).

    • I felt valued and there was a very inclusive environment

    • Overall, there was a lot of support provided.

    • I learnt a lot from the day - much more than I previously was aware of. I met some interesting people and gained contacts.

    • It was reasonably well structured but time management could have been improved so as to make the most of the day.

    • On occasion, it was dull. However, there was lots of fun and I enjoyed it.

    • There could have been more resources provided at the event (no paper or pens were available).

    • I learnt a lot from the day. I knew very little before I came.

    • Yes, there was lunch networking, a coffee breaks and a drinks reception at the end of the day,

    • They were great. Refreshments were fine. Lots of people to talk to.
