  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • A very good insight into how the firm functions on a day-to-day basis.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • A number of social events gave us the opportunity to interact with trainees, associates and partners, which in turn makes you feel valued by those throughout the firm. As if they appreciate the position you are in, and are genuinely interested in how you are finding the firm and the workload.

    • Everyone has been very hospitable and approachable, so support and guidance has been present throughout.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • The experience was instrumental to my understanding of the functioning of a large law firm, and the legal profession.

    • Very well. With a very good balance of social and professional events. As well as good training in areas beyond the scope of an undergraduate degree.

    • The atmosphere was very welcoming as highlighted above, which made for an insightful and enjoyable two weeks.

    • Brillant. There were several throughout the week that took place in different environments which enabled conversation to flow incredible well, and learn about the employees and the firm in different ways.
