The Role
The placement set an outlook of real-world problems hindering a business and I enjoyed being part the team and learning new things.
As an important member of the team.
The guidance and support was exceptional
Good balance of various activities
I was given sufficient support whenever I had questions and also I had google.
I have gained a number of skills notable enhanced collaboration, importance of diversity and integrity in work place, project management new technologies such as SAP, business process and interpersonal skills. Hopefully these skills will help me gain better grades and enhance my employability.
The Company
I felt welcome and this allowed me to question colleagues in my chosen profession. They gave me a good insight on what the job comprises of, expectations and also delivered advice on developments in the industry. It wasn’t all serious business heads down no talking but when it came to being serious, I did my tasks made sure I met my deadlines.
Well organised and structured had some minor delays with activities but nothing can be perfect and eventually everything was completed in time.
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle applications has been priceless accomplishment considering the theory based learning conducted during my second year at university. I have great belief and confidence the familiarity will be a worthy addition to my curriculum vitae
