The Role
Enjoyed the placement and feel it will definitely benefit me going in to my final year at University.
Always felt like my opinions counted.
Help was always available when required.
Was always kept busy but had a good balance of work on different schemes.
Would say I had the right amount of responsibility for a Placement Student.
The skills I have developed this year will definitely help in my final year of University. Especially helping in modules such as Measurement and Economics.
The Company
Always a good atmosphere, quiet at times which allowed me to get on with my work during busy periods.
Placement was well organised.
The company invested at every opportunity such as APC fees and training courses if they were required. Which is definitely something I appreciate and is worthwhile.
Company Parties/Events
I have been offered a job upon completion of my placement to work in the office whilst carrying out my final year at University.
The Culture
No other placement students in my office. However, social events are held and a number of colleagues meet up for social nights.
Standard living costs.
Excellent nightlife.
Opportunities there if you want them.
