    • Really enjoyed the experience - always kept active.

    • Very well structured. Always ran to time and made sure everything happened well.

    • A lot of really high up employees came to talk to us and the firm really seemed to care about investing in our development for the future.

    • Work shadowing was great and very well planned. No time wasted at all.

    • Really insightful look into the culture though at times we got mixed messages.

    • Very in depth look at all the different divisions within a bank and what each role does.

    • Yes, lots and lots of networking opportunities through Work Shadowing, Speed Networking, Graduate Panels, Tours etc

    • Not many networking opportunities but the ones that were there were quite good.

    • A little bit of an insight into the diversity and cultural programmes but not much other than that.

    • Definitely worth doing it to understand whether the banking industry is for you.
