  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I absolutely loved my placement, it has made me realise that a career in the bus/rail industry is for me.

    • All of the management team within the company made me feel very welcome and part of the team.

    • Between 9am and 5pm I never seemed to stop!

    • As part of my role with the company, I took control of the company Twitter and Facebook websites which felt like a great deal of responsibility to hold within the company.

    • My placement has instilled faith in my work abilities and has also given me a target to work towards.

    • Very positive and hard working ethos in my office which definitely had a positive impact upon my work.

    • I currently hold a part time position with the company to coincide with my studied, I look forward to potentially gaining a full time position with them in the future.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • I never had an opportunity to meet any other students, however my colleagues were very friendly.

    • Swansea is a fairly cheap place to live.
