  • There was a lot of information about the recruitment process for internships/placements/graduate jobs.

  • The insight was well structured, we were given a timetable before the day. Instructions on the different activities were clear.

  • There were employees on hand to tell us how it is to work at the Bank.

  • At the panel discussion, the employees explained the culture and I was able to compare to the culture of an private bank.

  • I now know what I need to be doing to work at the Bank of England and I would consider it in my future career path.

  • There were two networking breaks, were we could speak to the employees one to one.

  • It was interesting to find out their journeys.

  • At the panel discussion, employees talked about different activities that they are involved in, including charity work.

  • It is a good way to know what working in the Bank of England is like, before you commit yourself to a longer internship or placement. It also lets you know what you have to do to get an internship/placement/graduate job at the Bank.
