  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I revcieved most of my guidance and advice from the current graduate on the team.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • I always had enough work to keep me busy. Some days were obviously busier/quieter than others but on the whole I had the perfect balance.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was responsible for managing my workload and my time but it was difficult for the team to give me more responsibility on projects. Only being there for a month made it difficult to get too involced with specific clients.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • A couple of memebers of the team were more than happy to help me and explain things to me. I do feel that I could have achieved more though with a little more quidance.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • The future job prospects are extremely appealing. I would love to gain a place on the graduate scheme with this company.

    5/5

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • I attended several team events whilst I was here which was great for getting to know my colleagues.

    4/5

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • The cost of living was high because of the price of renting a room for a month but this can be expected in many cities.

  • I can't comment as I did not make use of any night life.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • If I had been here for longer I am sure I could have gotten involved with one of the company sports teams but I was not here long enough for that.
