  • Really interesting company & great opportunities to see different parts of the organisation.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Every day treated as part of the team. I was given responsibility and everyone I met spared time to explain things and to see how I was getting on. Taken for meals by colleagues and involved in all team activities such as the sports day!

    4/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Huge amount learnt, from understanding of finance to systems experience to developing personal skills further. Well worth the time!

  • Open plan, friendly, not completely silent.

    4/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • My manager had prepared good projects for me to work on. Trips were arranged to other offices and sites. The graduate team organised talks, activity days, development days and arranged all the accommodation and equipment distribution. Really well organised!

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The company invested a lot of time and money in training, including transporting all interns from all over the country to attend events. I attended a finance training programme and expenses are paid for visiting sites across the country.

    5/5

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Could not have been better! Based in the south, we had a courtyard of student accommodation and Windsor / London near by, there was always something to do, every night of the week even!

  • Expensive compared with Midlands / North but reasonable, depends where specifically you are.

    3/5

  • Always something to do including; charity events, social, work outings and trips to other sites
