The Role
there was good times and bad times but i never dreaded mondays so it must have been alright. hard work tho so it gets a 6, maybe 6.5.
i was known in the office and people liked me and i talked to everyone but as my job didnt make much difference i think i was regarded as highly valued in the office. but people were friendly
i was given just about as much guidance as i needed and the rest was for me to use my initiative and work out. the guidance was there but minimal. better that way than the other tho.
mostly too busy, unless i was working too slow, but i worked as hard as i could. it wasnt horrific but slightly too much work for my liking and im not lazy, i was putting in overtime!
i drove a van and organised shows but didnt really feel liek much responsibility was given to me
self motivation, hard work, organising, office work and dealing with lots of different people in proffessional situations - will come in handy
The Company
pretty good, nice amount of banter.dress down friday, cakes and fun emails so cant complain.
room for improvement, was treated as an employee not a student in some regards, so wasnt enpugh time for me to do my uni work as work would build up.
didnt send me on any courses, i learnt what i needed to do the job and that was that.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
nothing wrong with the place, just not what i wanna do.
The Culture
mint. we are meeting up and having a reunion.
poor salary for the amount of work i hard, but i got by with my overdraft.
the people (students) made it not the place.
