    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • This placement did not only enhance my knowledge of work life but there were so many lovely people that work with you that it is hard not to look forward to a day in the office.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Although a student is normally hired to photocopy and get the coffee, however as I was given responsibility and felt that I was actually contributing to the company. Members of my team would ask for my opinion and that would make me feel valued

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I had two managers, one was based in Denham and the other was based in Coventry. This meant that when ever I was unsure of a task i could always turn to one of them for help. Right from the beginning they reassured me that there are no stupid question and ensured that I would feel comfortable.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • On a day to day basis I would have enough tasks to fill the day. There would be periods where I would have lots of work to do and then other days that there would be less. Overall the workload was about right
