Tax Review

Work on the whole was enjoyable and the people are firendly and helpful. However as it is a quiet time of year for Deloitte often there was not much to be done.

I was asked to complete reasonably important tasks in major projects and was invited to all the group lunches etc.

Everyone was more than willing to help with any questions I had.

The min skill gained was the baility to juggle several tasks at once.

Well organised inductions, and a smooth pass over to my department.

Deloitte has a great team spirit and camaraderie.

A mornings induction to the tax practise and managers were always willing to sit down and have a chat.

I was essentially classed as someone who had a junior graduate role- we performed largely the same tasks.

Very helpful, a strong inclusive and team-based culture.

There wasn't really a day dedicated ot this- the firm seems to assume you will follow a career in the service line you have chosen.

Pay is handsome for the hours required.

Several socials were organised where existing employees were present.

Very generous, although did tend to end early.

Company gym, sports teams, community help etc.

Perfect scheme for someone interested in financial services.
