About You
It was very enjoyable with a range of both interesting and fun activities.
I felt all my opinions were valued by other students and current Deloitte employees.
There was always a member of the Deloitte team on hand to answer any questions, whether it was enquiries about specific services lines or general application queries.
In terms of applying for a summer internship and subsequently a graduate role with Deloitte, the Spring into Deloitte programme is invaluable.
The Company
Each day was jam packed with activities that ran smoothly
Everyone was super friendly and eager to help
There was a significant amount of investment involved in the program. Not just monetary (in terms of the free hotel room and complimentary dinner and breakfast) but also in experience. I was able to learn about everyday experiences of Deloitte employees, providing me a valuable insight into how the firm works.
The insight of the employees I spoke to were extremely interesting and useful
The employees I spoke to gave me a great feeling of what it would be like to work at Deloitte.
From the programme, it was clear which service line I wanted to apply for for the summer vacation scheme
Everything Else
Travel expenses were reimbursed. An overnight hotel stay was paid for by Deloitte including dinner and breakfast
The entirety of the programme provided opportunities for networking.
