Spring Into Deloitte - Birmingham Review

I thought the two day insight was structured well in the way it provided invaluable advice on the various service lines the firm offers.

Everyone was very welcoming! The networking dinner had such a good relaxed atmosphere that it was easy to talk about any topic whether that be Deloitte related or not.3

Information given was very explicit, clear and consise. The amount of opportunities we were given to ask questions was more than enough and very helpful indeed.

Working in teams to evaluate various pieces of informaiton from many different sources to reach an objective that was predefined with quality and accuracy making sure that all members of the team were on board and understood what tasks had to be undertaken and in which specified time frame.

The schedual was really good, everything ran like clockwork, we were ahead of time at one point. This ensured that at the end of the insight we were all able to leave on time to catch out trains home.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and productive, although there were some times when fatigue kicked in, but as a whole very good.

I genuinely think Deloitte did a fantastic job! The accommodations was amazing and hte food was great. There was sense that no little detail would be missed.

Being able to talk with recent graduate and experienced staff really provided an in depth picture of what it would be like to work and Deloitte. The fact that so many of them have decided to stay on the in the firm really encourages me to attain a position in the near future.

From the get go the culture within Deloitte was very clear. From the way we were greeted to observing the way collegues interact with one another. Being exposed to this really highlights that within Deloitte everyone is valued.

Content was very in depth and no stone was left unturned. The hand outs were really good as they continue to provide valuable information about different sevice lines which will be very helpful when it comes to preparing for an interview.

Travel costs were reimbursed.

The amount of networking opportunites given were more than enough and really good. It allowed us to think of questions that we could ask at a later time.

The dinner at the hotel was fantastic, the atmosphere was great. The plan to rotate around deloitte employees from different service lines was a fantastic idea.

The cycle across Britain seemed to grab my attention. Something I hope to take part in one day.

Very much so, it was short, consise and very informative! The opportunity to tranfer the Spring in Deloitte position into a full time summer vacation position really good.
