    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • A very worthwhile job although work flow comes and goes...you just have to prepare for the times that you aren't busy busy. The work that I did do however was very beneficial to me and the placement has made a fantastic addition to my CV.

  • Such a friendly and welcoming team and office!

  • I had no issue asking for help whenever I needed it. They often encouraged me to try new and difficult tasks but with no pressure to do it/get it perfect. This attitude really helped my development.

  • There were some days when I had little to do but the busy days make up for it.

  • I was given full responsibility on several tasks, which was great.

  • There is the opportunity to do extra qualifications in their learning suite.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • There were other students on site but I didn't meet them very often.

  • It is affordable on the wage, I even managed to save money most months.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Not great, a few bars, but there are students working for Johnson and Johnson also in High Wycombe who I teamed up with, so we made the best of it as a group

  • High Wycombe is a reasonable sized town with easy access to London
