  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Thoroughly enjoyed the placement but the tax department was fairly quiet when I was there.

    • I felt much more valued in my second rotation than the first.

    • Everyone was extremely helpful and willing to answer questions.

    • Much busier on my second rotation than the first but it depends what work was on at the time, as long as you ask a variety of people you will always have something to do.

    • I was allowed to sit in on client meetings during my tax rotation. Much more responsibility in RS.

    • at times very quiet but generally friendly.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • The induction helped us to bond very quickly. Deloitte organised several events and the students often organised meals or nights out.

    • Stayed in student house.

    • the office is located in a great area for socialising.
