The Role
Very good experience. Everyone was very friendly and approachable, and the it didn't feel like we were given much "grunt" work.
Felt a bit awkward at first, but after a week or so everyone was very friendly and approachable.
Very supportive, gave advice when requested, and it was great that we were steered instead of handheld.
Varied quite a bit since a lot of the project was self-directed, but there was always something to do.
Decent amount, increased as the internship progressed.
Definitely became more efficient!
The Company
Friendly atmosphere, if a bit slow at times. Fun during the olympics!
It was well structured - enough talks and events to keep the interns together, but not enough to feel intrusive. Could have done with a few more cross-business events.
The orientation week felt quite rushed, but it wasn't awful.
Company Parties/Events
Would be more than happy to work there if I get the opportunity.
The Culture
A smaller group of interns in my area and longer working hours than others meant that there was a less active social scene.
Pretty expensive (as expected in London) - just manageable!
Pretty relaxed, nothing too crazy.
An enjoyable community outreach programme, interns organised theatre trips etc, but not much else beyond that.
