The Role
I had a great two weeks. The days were obviously very long though which was tiring.
Everyone was really friendly and keen to get me involved. Senior management probably not so much.
My supervisor was great. He helped me to fit in, I could go to him with any questions and he made sure I had interesting work to do.
I was quite busy. There was lots of work for me to get involved it. I had to balance carefully how much work I took on.
In terms of the work it was not particularly responsible stuff but that it understandable given the size of the firm and the type of clients that they deal with. The best thing was just being involved.
The skills of communication, dealing with people, and learning to manage workload are definitely skills that I will carry forward from this.
The Company
The particular office I was in was quite quiet although I know that other departments were a lot more cohesive.
Very well organised and informative. My one comment would be that they put a social activity on the end of your first day which is fun but after a whole nervous first day it is a bit much.
The training looks extremely good.

Company Parties/Events

The Culture
Yes. The firm organised lots of social events for us to get to know each other and employees of the firm.
Quite expensive!
Did not experience it.
