Overview
Site and aircraft visits to discuss process plans Support proposals, programs and customer requirements in standard with the quality management plan. Work with Quality policies, processes, procedures and metrics. Collect data to support process models and flows to identify root cause of routine problems. Collect data to support research and analysis of project to improve processes Support and observe audits.

Everyone at Boeing is always willing to support and answer questions whenever you need. Employees would help point you in the right direction to aid in the completion of projects and learning.
Culture
Never felt inferior to others as an intern. At the start I was nervous, but that's normal and as my confidence grow, I realised that my opinion was always valued and taken into consideration.
Your Impressions
I've enjoyed getting industry experience and networking with employees from all over the world in areas that interest me I enjoyed being mentored by others outside of my team. Connecting with the early career group helped develop confidence by sharing experiences.

Make use of the resource groups and networking as everyone wants to help you find the areas that interest you. Be confidence and network with others. Take up every opportunity that you can (if there is time) Try find jobs outside of your team to increase your knowledge of the company.
