Overview
Participating in trainings, networking with the team and working on our research project. This involves data gathering, as well as some independent literature review and quantitative analysis.
Skills
I have developed my understanding of accounting and finance, as well as my general understanding of a lot of core concepts in the world of banking. I was able to manage the timeline of my own project, interacting daily with colleagues.
Responsibilities
We were given the opportunity to shape our work to our strengths and interests. We also assisted in projects published on the Moody's platform.
Support & Guidance
I received tailored training, and multiple members of the Moody's team helped me with any professional or personal development related questions I had.
Culture
Positive and outgoing, a very friendly, yet extremely professional atmosphere.
