Introduction to different teams and assisting team with day to day tasks.

Business Insight
Being on Rotation gave me first hand experience in different teams which really helped in understanding the variety of roles within the sector. The departmental overviews helped to learn more about other sectors I did not directly work in and gave an opportunity to ask questions about different teams, the company and graduate program.
Culture
Everyone was really friendly and willing to help/ answer questions. I worked with many graduates which gave me plenty of opportunities to understand about the different RICS pathways.
Your Impressions
The internship experience was good balance of enjoyment and learning. Working directly with different teams and my fellow interns meant many opportunities to socialize and learn more about the industry.
