    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Managing a shared email account answering queries from employees around the business. Liaise with HR Service, HR BPs and managers to ensure our online Recruitment Portal is updated and accurate. The following topics are included: scheduling interviews; checking Right To Work in the UK, liaising with managers and candidates during the onboarding process. Writing and sending accurate correspondence including: Occupational Health Appointment Invites, Onboarding Documentation & resources, Case Management invitations and outcome letters, Flexible Working and anything else reasonably required. Local workshop and events support incl. Company Induction, Long Service, cross-functional working groups.
