Overview
monitoring my college links mailbox, answering any enquiries, updating my OPL and my presentation on the college links website, keeping my database about our colleges tidy and updating commercial order and audits on the T drive.
Skills
developed my communication and networking skills when talking to people with my and other departments. Presentation skills when presenting different projects I have been working on
Responsibilities
Yes, I had responsibility over the emails, college information, scoring matrix, presentations about the website
Support & Guidance
Lots of support from my manager, and other managers. Support from my co - workers within the department and people who connected with me from Linkedin who are also in the company. Not just professionally but personally too as I had my mum pass away during my placement year.
Culture
Excellent, hybrid working options and no pressure when doing tasks for others
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed working at Worcester Bosch, to the point that i definitely would accept an opportunity if given in the future. I have learnt lots about myself and other people, and the important that our future engineers have on the company. It is important to make sure they receive the best education about the engineering department. I loved being able to help people out and interact with a team professionally.
Yes
Just to be yourself but research the values and incorporate them as they're important to the company and they will be important whilst the employment along the way!
