    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Working with customers to help them design in and/or the creation of solutions as well as supporting technical challenges with the account managers. Assisting in processes like shipping things to customers and sending samples to them. Working on dashboards to track important metrics for sales. Supporting the team by taking minutes in meetings.

  • I've learned VBA, customer communication, Excel VBA, Board Assembly, gained a deeper knowledge of the CPU Industry and Cloud and AI. I've also improved on my soft skills like teamwork, leadership and communication.

  • Do your research on the company beforehand, depending on your role you may need to prepare for your interview/ assessment day so try and be prepared for that, but more importantly just be yourself in the interview, and show that you're willing to learn and that you're a team player.
