Business Insight
Clear overviews and presentations about different areas of the business. Future development and graduate schemes were outlined with advice and networking opportunities with current graduates. Lunches and other networking opportunities with colleagues ranging from current graduate schemers to directors.
Culture
A genuine positive atmosphere, with all team members approaching work with a 'can do' and 'happy to help' attitude. Many members had been through the same scheme so could relate to the situation and were always happy to give advice.
