Overview
My role as an intern has a wide variety of tasks, with so far no day being the same, tasks include comparable reports, valuation reports, tree work, S31(6)s etc
Skills
This internship has given me the opportunity to use some of the skills i have developed during my geography degree whilst also giving me a better understanding of the skills needed for valuation and estate management.
Responsibilities
I was frequently given tasks that were both engaging and provided me with responsibility whilst also being under the mentorship of Savills employees.
Support & Guidance
Any question I asked was quickly answered, so there was a lot of support and guidance in the tasks I performed and conducted.
Culture
Everyone was very kind and willing to help and answer my questions.
