Overview
The Spring Into Deloitte Programme provided detailed insights into numerous sectors where I was able to interact with Deloitte employees. The programme had skill based workshops which are essential for future development such as networking, growth mindset and commercial awareness. There was a group activity where we focused on a business area and advised a company on their best development options and presented this to the Deloitte employees.
Skills
Through this experience I have enhanced my teamworking, presenting and commercial awareness skills through the various activities which I completed on this Spring Programme.
Business Insight
Learning about the business areas and roles was very insightful as it provided me with a clearer insight into what sector I am most suited to.
Culture
Deloitte's has a great company culture as they strive on inclusiveness and focus on performing voluntary actions to give back to the community.
