Overview
The first day involved ice breakers, an overall introduction to Deloitte, guest speakers within Technology at Deloitte and some personal skills development sessions (i.e. learning about the growth mindset). We ended the day with a networking dinner. The second day involved more presentations and Q&A sessions from Deloitte employees and recent grads. We also worked on several case studies and presented our own slide deck to a panel.
Skills
I learned various networking skills and built my confidence both in my personal and professional life. Furthermore, I learned how to create a slide deck and pitch to an audience.
Business Insight
It was quite beneficial to gain a proper insight into the work done at Deloitte, and also to hear from recent grads about their experiences and the projects that they have worked on since starting their jobs within the different divisions of Technology at Deloitte.
Culture
Everyone was super friendly and willing to stay extra to answer our questions.
