Overview
Each day we were given the opportunity to learn about Deloittes business streams and its place in the industry from employees, particularly prominent women in the business. We were also given an insight into what culture was like. We were then given opportunities to learn more about each other and build professional skills through group projects and presentations. There was many opportunities to network also.
Skills
I have developed professional skills including networking, confidence, teamwork and communication.
Business Insight
It was very intriguing learning about different streams and service lines in the business and how they interact as well as the qualifications that we would have the opportunity to obtain in each stream.
Culture
The atmosphere was very welcoming and positive. Everyone was eager to learn and the people running it were friendly, open and excited to learn more about us.
Your Impressions
It was very enjoyable and valuable experience. I loved meeting and networking with new people as well as learning more about the business.
