Overview
Perform guided risk assessments, controls evaluations and IPE (Information Produced/Provided by the Entity) testing for payroll processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. Conducted thorough analytical reviews of trial balances, meticulously tying out noyes to accounts, and performing rigorous evaluations to support the year-end audit process. Documenting inquiry call details with clients, ensuring timely and professional resolution of requests.
Skills
Yes, I learned a lot of new skills directly or indirectly related to audit processes and managed to develop some existing skills like communication skills, Excel skills, organization skills, time management skills etc.
Business Insight
The People Leader, the team leader and my colleagues do provide a lot of information about the business and potential roles available. There are also online training provided every week to help us get to know more about the corporate culture and business practices.
Culture
It's a very friendly and helpful place where everyone is encouraged to ask questions and ask for help when you need.
