Overview
Assisting powerpoint delivery and assisting excel delivery. Daily start up calls involving pitching work for the day and connecting with team members.
Skills
Excel and PowerPoint skills have massively improved, better understanding of financial markets and the needs of a firm of this size. Appreciative of networking skills and soft skills picked up solely from going into the office as opposed to working from home.
Responsibilities
Yes, lots of independent guided work with many opportunities for feedback and learning. Ownership of several different pieces of work from conception to final stage. Overarching sense of pride and enjoyment when completing such tasks.
Support & Guidance
Team was excellent, helped me develop holistically and also helped me understand areas for improvement through extremely constructive feedback and working sessions.
Culture
Deloitte has a very open and welcoming culture, the people here are amazing and genuinely helpful at all times. Work culture has a good balance.
