Overview
Throughout the internship I supported the EDI team to make their websites more accessible to screen readers. I also created a podcast about my experience working at Arup as a blind intern.
Skills
I have developped communication skills as well as enhancing my ability to create detailed plans/research to tight deadlines.
Business Insight
During my internship I had regular meetings with my line manager who introduced me to a few colleagues working in different departments. They explained me their role and gave me a really good insight about their duty. This was excellent.
Culture
Very friendly atmosphere, everyone is willing to help.
