Overview
I worked in team MARS, who were responsible for building a platform to manage and release software in cars, it would be used by our internal stakeholders. I was a software engineer and dealt with the entire full stack pipeline.
Skills
Improved my ReactJS skills, DevOps, team management and leadership, interactivity with other members of the business
Responsibilities
I was entrusted with a lot of responsibility, giving me hands on experience in writing complex code and building in huge functionality within the platform
Support & Guidance
My team and line manager were extremely supportive and always were in hand to answer queries and clear confusion. The communication about the role and job in hand was always clear
Culture
The company was definitely inclusive of people of different strengths, and the team always emphasised on learning as a priority
