Overview
I am a software engineer, I develop web apps for the car’s infotainment system. I work in a team and pick up tasks each week to work on either independently (then reporting back to team) or paired up with somebody.
Skills
Yes learnt a lot about working in agile teams and the different roles. and also developed my programming skills.

I have been able to pair with many senior developers in my team who have been very supportive towards me and also the general community of other undergraduates are there for support as well.
Culture
In the Manchester office it’s different- it’s very laid back, has flexi-time and is a hybrid environment. Isn’t formal and you can dress however you like in the office.
Your Impressions
I enjoy the early careers community I am a part of and all the different opportunities we are given on placement such as many mandatory in-person events, including the classics tour, ride&drive off roading experience, factory tours and more…
