Yes i have been given lots of responsibilities interacting with senior people within the team and doing big projects for them.
Support & Guidance
I have been given a lot of support during my internship and my line manger, closer team, wider team and other interns have been very supportive of me and any issues i may be facing.
Culture
The company culture was very good with everyone being very welcoming and understanding with more senior people always willing to give more junior people time to go for a coffee.

I have had a really good year at UBS and have thoroughly enjoyed my placement year.

Just be yourself, get good grades at uni and have lots of cool and interesting things to talk about that show yourself off.
