Overview
Programme was virtual. Daily sessions ran, were given the chance to go into breakout rooms to work on tasks with fellow interns. A comprehensive insight into the bank was given across business areas. My personal highlight was the M&A case study.
Skills
Developed collaboration skills when working with people in breakout rooms, as well as developed learning of the functions of an investment bank.
Business Insight
Interesting to hear about the range of areas that UBS operates in, as well as which particular skillsets suit each role. The programme strengthened my intention to go for the role I had initially considered.
Culture
Supportive. Encouraged us to ask questions. Staff were humble and kind.

Highly enjoyed it. In particular the session on Global Markets where the staff member took extra time out to answer all of our questions.
