Overview
During my insight, I would work alongside my graduate mentor, approaching real work tasks and developing my knowledge of what happens in my department and why.
Skills
I have developed my numerical skills this week thanks to putting formulas and figures into practice.
Business Insight
I would say that learning about potential roles was a weakness of the insight week. I would have liked to have heard more about the opportunities between first year and graduation.
Culture
The company culture was very inclusive and positive. Despite being an insight student, I was warmly welcomed into the office and treated as an actual employee with respect.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight, I have now discovered a potential department that I would like to continue to work in, in future, thanks to this opportunity.

I would encourage others to apply. I feel that the process is more than beneficial to a student and is a first class opportunity to any student at this stage of their university career.
