Overview
Liaising with various members of the team to understand the projects that they where working on and helping with any work that was sent my way. As well as attending various scheduled meetings to understand the company and talk to people who where away.
Skills
The insight program has really helped me understand how the corporate world works and helped me feel more comfortable in these environments.
Business Insight
It was very easy to understand the various roles that the company does. Speaking to my mentor and other graduate members on my team really helped me understand the process to become accredited. It would be helpful to understand the journey after the graduate program for more people, however I did receive some understanding of this through talking to people on my team
Culture
As the company is divided into smaller teams there is a very friendly atmosphere within a large corporation. There does not appear to be a large amount of collaboration between teams, however people appear to make friends in their graduate cohort

I really enjoyed the insight program that Savills offered. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to have a better understanding of a property development team
